But we have been developing something fresh that took a lot of work.
While always trying to push the envelope on the musical experience, this track is also a reflection of the Metal upbringing almost 20 years ago now and the incredible experience that is playing a live show while sharing electronic music.
The recording and production process was a dream come true! We rented a recording studio in Kelowna BC, Canada and started doing pre production there so when the time came to record we where super comfortable with the recording environment and it gave it this organic flow that you cannot recreate by working in front of a computer on your own. It really made it come to life.
The technical craft on this recording is amazing! We did have the live drums, live guitars, live vocals and all this engineering wizardry that new metal electronic music deserves.
This is not your usual electronic music artist, this recording was not influenced by AI or any popular music formula. This is straight up a banger, a head banger.
Tube Screamer is currently on tour showcasing this recording along their new live remix/ live edit of Marylin Manson's, Beautiful people, which also makes part of this live hybrid recording for electronic music as it has live drums, live guitars and a edit of the song, which presented a great technical challenge as it's not necessarily only a remix but an actual live edit so it really helps reflecting the tube screamer live experience where you get that contrast between the electronic sounds and the live sounds.
